My Story
Until a few years ago I had always been
overweight to some extent. I was slightly plump as a teenager and as I

I could never keep up any diet for longer than a few months because

other ailments. I had actually forgotten what it felt like to be

I started to study every aspect of nutrition, the human body, and how

the reasons why we put on weight and why we find it so difficult to
