Prolific writer on "Absolute" Science
Lillian DeWaters was born in 1883 and lived in Stamford, Connecticut. She grew up with a Christian Science background and in her early teens began to study metaphysics and during that same period to seriously study the Bible. “It was from the Bible that I learned to turn from all else to God direct …. What stood out to me above all else was the fact presented, that when they turned to God they received Light and Revelation; they walked and talked with God; and they found peace and freedom.”
The main difference between her teaching and that of Christian Science and much of New Thought, is that she regards Jesus and Christ as inseparable - One and the same God, and in this sense her teaching is much more inline with that of orthodox Christianity.
She published a few books while actively within the Christian Science organization, and then in 1924 she had an awakening experience when it was as though a veil was parted and Truth was revealed to her. From that point she began to receive numerous unfoldments which led to her separation from the Christian Science organization.
She created her own publishing company and became a prolific writer with over 30 books published in 15 languages. She was a renowned teacher and healer known throughout the world.
All of her books were written based on direct unfoldments of Absolute Truth, and each book reveals specific Truth that serious students will immediately recognize and treasure.
